Tibetan Singing Bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes.  They create a range of sounds to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of diseased and out-of-harmony parts of the body, mind and soul.

For this sound bath Kit will provide a brief introduction of the singing bowls and their vibrational frequency.  She will use xx Tibetan singing bowls to bring us to deep relaxation and entrains our brain waves to the meditative theta state very quickly.

This is a lying down meditation session.  Please wear comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat and shawl.  You can also bring a towel to roll under your head or neck for better comfort

**- Avoid large meals and do not consume alcohol before session
   – Pregnant women are strongly advised against attending the class

Shamanic Journey Circle is a time and space for us to connect and participate in the shamanic journey. We will have time for expression to see where we all are at.

For beginners, this is a time to meet your animal guides and totem.

For those who have had prior journey experience, this is a time to deepen your relationship with the Spirit World.  By journeying and listening to our guides/allies, it can teach and guide us for healing, for insights and inspirations.

By sharing our experience together in a circle, this provides a sense of support and community, which in turn promotes openness and connection, understanding and thus healing.  One Circle, One Heart.

Shamanic drumming is drumming for the purpose of shamanic journeying.  The rhythm of the shamanic drumming will lead you to the transcendent spirit realm where you will meet your own power animal or spirit teachers to reconnect with their guidance.

For your comfort, please wear loose comfortable clothing, bring a blanket, yoga mat, eye mask, water to drink, a pen and a notebook.

Gong Whisperer | Shamanic Practitioner

April 27, 2021 (Tues)  7:15 pm – 8:45 pm   HK$333

Join us in this deeply healing Gong Bath blended with the healing power of shamanic drumming.  Rhythms produced by both sacred sound instruments are ancient approach to promote healing and self- expression, thus helping us to attain spiritual upliftment.

Come to bask in the oceanic waters of Gong-tone, and the wonderful harmonics created by the shamanic drumming, Tibetan deep throat singing, melodic whistling as well as chanting inspired by the Sacred Spirit – a classical fusion of rhythm that will initiate us to a space of new beginning; a fresh place of self-healing and self-revelation.

A Gong Bath is best experienced by reclining in comfortable clothes, with a soft mat and additional warm covering, for added comfort.

Come with an open heart and an open ear.  Allow the gong waves, rhythm of the drum beats  and the vibratory experiences to enhance the flow of your circulatory system, uplift you by clearing out negative emotional patterns and provide a new opening where you can be more present and conscious.

You will lie down or sit comfortably and begin with mindful relaxed breathing holding a personal intention or just BE-ing.  Then, the gong playing begins.  At first you will hear soft gong sounds, and as you listen carefully, you will become aware of the many tones within the one sound.  The sounds will become louder and louder, and wash over and around you creating waves that carry you into the past, the future, and even to other worlds.

*Pre-registration is recommended as this event tends to fill!

**In joining the above activities, for your comfort, please bring yoga mat, blanket, cushion and plenty of water to drink.

***Please arrive 10 minutes before the program starts.   A light snack will be shared after the sound bath.
