POWER ANIMAL GATHERING
Power animals are spirit guides in animal form, valuable allies who can help us navigate through life’s challenges, crossroads and transitions. They play an important part in our lives and spiritual paths, giving us guidance and knowledge and different strengths to help
us in our daily lives.
In this gathering, for those who may already know their power animal(s), you are welcomed to use this time to get to know them better, or perhaps find a new one. For those who are seeking one for the first time, Fiona will drum you into a Shamanic Journey to the Lower World to meet your very first Power Animal, and likely one that will be important throughout your life.
We will then discover together how to work with them at a deeper level, such as a Power Animal dance. Your Power Animal may bring strengths into your character.
** The terms spirit animal, animal spirit guide, power animal and totem animal are used interchangeably.

JOURNEYING TO THE UPPER WORLD
In shamanic traditions, journeying to the Upper World is just as important as the Lower World.
As we are meeting Power Animals in the Lower World, we will be meeting our Spirit Guides in the Upper World. These compassionate helping spirits will share with us knowledge and information for healing and divination, as well as information that will guide us towards growth and the life changes that we desire. Not only will this journey complement your spirit allies in addition to your power animals, but it is also a good time to build
and expand your shamanic landscape and cosmology.
In this gathering, for those who may have already journeyed to the Lower World, this time you will be guided to journey to the Upper World to meet your Spirit Teacher. For those who are coming for the first time, Fiona will give a brief introduction and the journey protocol and drum you into a Shamanic Journey to the Upper World.
Together we will then discover and reflect on our journeys, and what might be some of the actions to take with the guidance received from your spirit guide. We will also compare your experience when journeying to the Upper World versus the Lower World.
For both sessions of journeying, please note the following:
- For your comfort, please wear loose comfortable clothing that you can move and sit in.
- Bring with you a cushion, blanket, an eye mask for covering eyes while journeying and water to drink.
- A notebook and pen to record your journeys. Tea and coffee will be provided in the break.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
1-on-1 Personal Healing and Consultation A session with Fiona involves an integration of Dreamwork, Shamanic Healing and Constellation work. She brings in her wealth of wisdom lineages and support from the spirit realm through intuitive guide and direct knowing. The aim is to bring about understanding and healing for personal and spiritual growth and develop towards a more holistic and harmonious way of living. The initial consultation will be dedicated to knowing what may seem to be the pending issue. It can be a physical discomfort, an emotional unrest, an urge for personal growth and expansion, and sometimes even just to dis-cover what a dream may represent. After gaining a deeper understanding of the core issue, with the active participation of the client, appropriate healing modalities will be determined. The healing systems may involve shamanic healing methods, constellation work, meditation and/or a combination of both and other healing techniques. We are working towards the movement of the soul.

Exchange Abundance:
First session: HK$1800 for 90 minutes
Follow-up Session: HK$1500/hour, HK$1800 for 90 minutes and $2100 for 2 hours
ABOUT FIONA LEUNG
Born and grew up in Hong Kong, Fiona attended college in the US with a major in Electrical Engineering. A soul calling led her to meet spiritual teacher / Reiki Master Deborah Chan and subsequently Dr. William Brugh Joy in the year 2000 who inducted her into the mysteries of the Heart Center. From there, Fiona was inspired to venture into other psycho- spiritual arena such as Jungian Depth Psychology, Tibetan Buddhism and Reiki to name a few.
As part of her spiritual journey, Fiona had travelled to Israel, Mount Kailash and until most recently, she took part in the retreat circles in Mexico conducted by Maria Elena Cairo. During the retreat, Fiona met a Mayan Healer who helped in unveiling visions, dreams and mystical experiences, guiding her “to return and show the way to self-discovery and live in harmony.”
With Heart Center as her main practice, Fiona has been sitting in dream and mystical circles with the above mentors for over 20 years. She has also completed her Shamanic initiations and Systemic Constellation training.
