A Unique Practice for Embracing the Moment

Mindfulness is a hot topic today and being mindful in all aspects of life has
huge benefits for our health and happiness.


But, have you ever thought about being mindful with what you
drink? How you drink it?

What was the last thing you had to drink? Can you recall the
moment? The experience?

Do you remember the taste of the beverage or the feeling of the
liquid as it danced down your throat? If not, it might be time to try
mindful drinking.

Like mindful eating, mindful drinking can enhance your experience.
So often we blindly eat and drink and there is no enjoyment in that.



Through better understanding and appreciation for what is in the glass, the bottle, the cup… experience of drinking a beverage can be meditative. Practicing mindfulness only requires you to draw your attention to the moment.


This dynamic, interactive and down-to-earth activity is aimed to spice up your life. We want you to be inspired, stay light hearted and be open. You will learn how to practice the enjoyment of mindful drinking and as we all know, persistence in practicing mindful drinking can bring about a healthier YOU!

Participants may choose to bring their own non-alcoholic drinks, fruit juice, favorite coffee / tea … or come to savor our hot tea brewed with tea leaves grown on a 300-year old tree that is as old as the Ming dynasty. Notes on the principles of drinking meditation. Light snacks will be provided after the meditation.
